Information and Registration
Game Masters are needed for all sessions.
Since Recruits is primarily designed to introduce new players from all over the Midwest into historical, science-fiction, and fantasy miniature and board gaming, game masters are to allow minors in all events. Game Masters may not state "No Kids Allowed."
However, you can require adult supervision (i.e., parent or guardian) for students under the age of 14 if desired, but this must be stated in your event description, so it will be printed in all convention material (Web Site PEL and Program). Simply state, "Under age 14, only with playing adult" at end of description, if this is a problem.
After registration, game master can drive up to the North doors to unload everything for their games before parking, no stairs required. After registering please find one of the POCs of the event for directions. Larger games may be set up early Friday evening for a 2nd Session Saturday morning game or for "continuous play" games scheduled for Saturday.
To register your game you may use the on-line electronic registration form or email Duane or Laura Fleck at Duane@recruits-con.com with the following information to have your game listed in the Recruits Web Site PEL and Program.

If adult supervision is required (i.e., parent or guardian) for students under the age of 14, please state this in your event description, so it will be printed in all convention material (Web Site PEL and Program). Simply state, "Under age 14, only with playing adult" at end of description, if this is a problem.
